No work life balance. Have to work on nights, weekends. They save money by putting people on 24 hours on call. Company is less staffed as compared to work load. No backup associates hired. So, taking leaves feel like a punishment as your work will increase when you are not there and. Managers are toxic to the core specially in Support.
