No job security, office politics, people working here since years don’t let the new joiners specially who aren’t locals to stay for long, they create the work environment and make you believe you are not fit for the job so that people are forced to quit to giving their mental health priority, it’s a risky job to join here if you’re not a local in the city as everyone speaks in Telugu and there is no inclusiveness atleast in the team I worked in

Dislikes

Work life balance. Too much of work with less resources. Making architect to play all end to end project delivery roles like scrum master, BA, developer, tester, delivery manager, production support. Learning curve decrease for a pega developer. No proper testing methodologies followed, developer should guide tester to test all scenarios.

Likes

Only good thing about Pegasystems is its pay benifits, like food is free @lunch before the WFH norms and doing pega certifications at free of cost. But rest all are terrible.

Dislikes

This company is know to fire its employees each and every year. Either they will intimate you to resign before hand or terminate you on the same day of intimation. Only high performing employees are safe, but even few of them are fired. Job security is zero. Work pressure is also high.

- Managers will screw your rating if you hurt their ego - U won't be able to survive if you are guy with ethics at work. - Lot of core leadership who established the org has left in the last 2 years leading to downfall of the org - Legacy framework - They hire technical people and expect them to do low code development. Why would any 5 or 10 years experience guy leave their core tech-stack and join Pega as a Low Code development - Lot of meetings which can be reduced when organised properly - Lack of Co-Ordination between different levels of org
