There is not even a single point to like about this company except Salary having unwanted and unjustified deductions that are never correct.

Dislikes

1) Broken Chairs 2) Poor Assets 3) Congested Cubicles 4) Worst Hygiene in Pantry area. Never drink coffee/tea from machine as you would see cockroaches around it. 5) Worst Manager. Will try to manipulate and harrass you by setting impractical expectations deadlines and then micro manage you for that. 6) No help from Team Lead and Manager only behaves good with Team Lead and not other employees from team. 7) No Public Holidays if you're on client pay-roll 8) Worst HR people I've ever seen in my life. They will start showing their true colors if you plan to leave the company. 9) No job security at all. Mark my words. Once they feel your dependency on the project is over, they will straight away fire you unless and until you're TL. In short: Don't join even if you get 100x increment

No leave policy, undisclosed salary deduction and no response from HR over it. Over deduction of tax and say that you can claim the refund while filing return. Be fearful when you leave for home because anytime you get the call for termination

No job security, no ethics, they play with peoples life. They will fire you and rehire you. So they don't have to pay leave enumeration and gratuity.

Job Security is None. They simply call you and ask for resignation, No Notice period to serve, you are jobless the very next day if management wants it that way. Just a very dirty company to deal with

... . Just pity how toxic this company is. They will hold up your FnF for 4 months. You can be jobless and without salary the very next day. Don't fall for the sweet talks by HR. Contact people on linkedin and ask for there reviews of ex-employee (who are not working there any more) it is very toxic. They will throw money at you initially, but such a poor bit of management.!

If you want to confirm, connect with People in LinkedIn they will tell the truth. - Each policy is in favor of company, no policies that will help employee - No management to take your complaint. If working for client, you should forgot that Pegasus HR/Management will never hear you. (no response to calls, emails) - Wrongful deduction of salary (complaint by maximum employee) - Anyone looking for Job Security and good work culture should avoid this company - They will delay your appraisal and No arrears by the way (again verify by past employees)
