No leave policy, undisclosed salary deduction and no response from HR over it. Over deduction of tax and say that you can claim the refund while filing return. Be fearful when you leave for home because anytime you get the call for termination

They pay you good. The yearly hike is better than most other companies. Many projects are using hybrid (wfh and wfo) model which gives you flexibility.

Dislikes

Job roles are not well defined in the project. Company doesn't provide you with basic compensations like maternity leaves, gratuity, etc. Manager and above level resources make life difficult for junior resources. Job security is very low. 2 Saturday working. Job timing is not fixed.

They must provide due and salary on time . Also if someone having heath issue..They are forcing to Resign and threaten for firing if you did not agree with them HR Behaviour is unprofessional and rude.

Don't have Job security. THEY expect one man Army from candidate without any training and input. U should always perform beyond the expectation. AND Did not provide Full and Final after 5 months.The policy is like rotten egg.No training and no support for your skill growth.they expect you come office in peak of Corona

Worst experience with Pegasus, They don't have any management for employees regarding salary slip & F&F. They hold full & final settlement of employees for 6 months for no reason. They dont follow their own company policy for F&F which is max 3 months

You get salary on time, company doesn't interfere in your personal life.

Dislikes

No job security, no ethics, they play with peoples life. They will fire you and rehire you. So they don't have to pay leave enumeration and gratuity.
