... instability sudden termination, not fulfilling dues as per agreed offer letter no leave compensation no full salary as per agreement, no leave encashment not given notice nor compensation on termination such as fraud company

They pay you good. The yearly hike is better than most other companies. Many projects are using hybrid (wfh and wfo) model which gives you flexibility.

Dislikes

Job roles are not well defined in the project. Company doesn't provide you with basic compensations like maternity leaves, gratuity, etc. Manager and above level resources make life difficult for junior resources. Job security is very low. 2 Saturday working. Job timing is not fixed.

Job Security is None. They simply call you and ask for resignation, No Notice period to serve, you are jobless the very next day if management wants it that way. Just a very dirty company to deal with

... . Just pity how toxic this company is. They will hold up your FnF for 4 months. You can be jobless and without salary the very next day. Don't fall for the sweet talks by HR. Contact people on linkedin and ask for there reviews of ex-employee (who are not working there any more) it is very toxic. They will throw money at you initially, but such a poor bit of management.!

If working for client, you should forgot that Pegasus HR/Management will never hear you. (no response to calls, emails) - Wrongful deduction of salary (complaint by maximum employee) - Anyone looking for Job Security and good work culture should avoid this company - They will delay your appraisal and No arrears by the way (again verify by past employees)
