PeerXp also provide platform to those guys who have developed some skills in IT industry, I was working with their client kleeto.in, and it was very grateful experience, I learned a lot while working with its client, they have a work culture, of self leaning but your senior will help you if you got stuck, Ankur sir, Asad khan was my senior, and they push my caliber, to learn more, and all of my team mates are my friends, team leader and manager has a good behaviour towards their juniors, hike is good me, I gave company some quality work and they increment my salary by 80+%, all n all it's a good company to start your career, you will learned a lot.

Dislikes

As it's client kleeto.in is document management based company, so after one year there is very little left to learn something, they are not technology friendly, PHP is the whole n sole for them, I personally suggested to upgrade the server but as kleeto.in is DMS based company, so they have a crunch of funds to upgrade the whole system. But for fresher it is good company to learn the very basics of IT industry. PeerXp reserves a contract not to leave the company for one year, but if you are a fresher, you should work for at least for one year to learn about the your skills and company processes too. Probation period would be of 6 months.
