Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The hiring process is fast

Dislikes

There is so much to dislike about this company. First of all, there is no commitment of salary. They will reduce your salary in no time. The work is hectic as they have a very few employees and too many jobs. No professional etiquettes by the owners. No employee benefits and healthcare. Your job is at risk all the time. They may fire you if they don't have enough requirements to work on.
