Typically any employee will be assigned many duties outside of job responsibility (have seen some people doing 3 persons full-time jobs) and expected to excel at everything without anything in return (salary or position), all in the name of "learning opportunity"

No work life balance. Uncalled pressure. They say you may take 2 days work from home. But your manager always wants detailed reason and can reject as per his convenience. No defined processes. Overly complicated projects

Lack of overall ethics and commitment. Single person led with the CEO bullying her way trough program structure, hiring ( members were hired without proper interviews), personal bills filed to company and maintained an unhealthy and toxic culture.
