...aucratic management and hence everything moved to serve their whims and fancies. Merit had no meaning and salary according to scale fixed like in government bodies.

The boss and owner Ing Baquero is great man and a very nice person, very kind and a suseccful man. Olwas has somthing good to say. the company is organisased and have clear targets.

they never say whats are the inmidiatly targets, to me is importantant to know what is the aors nearest goals and how i could hepl for that
