Strong Negative is 0 Job security if the client planned to Reduce manpower then you will be directly terminated without any intimation and justification also no caree Growth opturnity and learning Skills for Skilled experts .

Colleagues are nice and used to work like a family. In touch even after retirement

Dislikes

...aucratic management and hence everything moved to serve their whims and fancies. Merit had no meaning and salary according to scale fixed like in government bodies.

The boss and owner Ing Baquero is great man and a very nice person, very kind and a suseccful man. Olwas has somthing good to say. the company is organisased and have clear targets.
