Muy experience un PDVSA was divided into two stages, a stage of abundante where everything worked normally as an internacional quality company with low salaries and a ver y high corporate culture where TVE development and preparation of the personnel was paramount and a stage scarcity , TVE latter is where we still continúe and served to face difficulties, where wemanaged to operante plants with los reliability, but operational, due to the unavailability of available backup equipment (we operante systems with only one pump), this un almost al the unit of FCC, where we have seen the obligation to the re use spare part which were once replacend. The company is not open to innovation because of a budget problem. I love the fact that was part of a team that markets high quality, reliable products such as gasoline, diesel, jet-a1, kerosene, pedometer gases such as propylene, isobutane, normal butane; And it has a global customer base. another point in favor is that my work is related to receiving ships from different parts of the world and having fiends from different cultures, and we work happily in collaboration with the company. I also like the policy of hiring employees here and the opportunity to crow as an operator, oppressor of the plant, loading master

I have to work 16 hours ar more in a day, my managers very little value my work efforts; I was working 14 years in the company and i had an impeccable work behavior, i never lacked in my work and aove all i took it excellent with my former colleagues, that is why i hat achievements in my work for my behavior and awareness. I was forced to resign in the company because of the country's economic crisis, política crisis, nutritional and medical crisis; That is why i was forced to separate myself from this company because of the poor compensation and crisis within the PDVSA facilities, the conditions of a worker in the state industry are indelible, the rik a worker taker is physical and fatal...!!

I work with excellent people, good professional and friendly. Also, Intevep is a safe job place because there is a culture to constant security training. Besides there are several oportunities to develoyment your career. It is the main objective of the company because they need high performance professionals to do research in oil&gas. The work enviroment is confortable, there is enough space and so beutiful offices, and more tha 100 high tecnology laboratory.

Compensation is too poor because Intevep is a government company in Venezuela. Noadays, there is a politics systems and money exchange which make difficult life to pay your bills.
