The experience that PDVSA provide in training and personal learning is worth highlighting, However the professional must understand that the responsibility of their training and learning has its main value in the attitude that the professional has before the opportunities and knowledge. In general, the company offers great learning opportunities and valuable knowledge to acquire.

La compañía esta abierta a la innovación . Me encanta se parte de ella porque transporto combustible liquido, gasolina de avión JerA1 y Avigasy productos químicos, a su vez viajo a nivel nacional y zonas fronterizas. El ambiente de trabajo es agradable si me gustaría participar como trabajador r en las compañías a nivel internacional como en Canadá y EE.UU para un mayor crecimiento personal.

La compañía es decente, pero el crecimiento es lento. La presión de trabajo es muy alta. A veces, tengo que trabajar 14 a 18 horas seguidas en un día. No todos los gerentes valoran las fortaleza únicas de las personas. En su mayoría pasan desapercibidos durante mis evaluaciones del año.

PDVSA have been during my first 10 years the best college with Good work environment benefits and security. Now a days it's very different; the company lost its valious level

compansation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. somtime, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, because there is not a lot of staff, this does not generate overtime pay and that is not fair
