Compensation is too poor because Intevep is a government company in Venezuela. Noadays, there is a politics systems and money exchange which make difficult life to pay your bills.

Leader in performing experiments, mathematical models and CFD for slurry bubble columns. Coupling experiments and CFD to save a lot of cost on R&D for scale-up the reactors. The analysis has been focused to find out the volume phase fractions.

During the las five years, there was low promotion to training. Salaries That impact the economic stability of the worker
