Salary will credit every month but salary descriptions there is some mismatch you will found. And they have appraisal cycle of one year.

Worst company, no work life balance for employees, they sign 2 years bond for freshers. Freshers please don't join this company. Some management peoples are not helpful. They also don't give KT for project, project will directly assign to you. Worst Manager - She is fully arrogant and rude person. She don't have knowledge how to talk with our team mates and company employees. She directly assigns the work to you and tells you that I want this work done by EOD. She has less experience in management.

PDB technologies is a family like and at low level each employee will each other. DB sir who is the CEO of the company, he helps the employee and shares his knowledge at every point.

I don't like anything in this organisation simply I wasted my 7 months. This is not right place to work for freshers and as well as experience person they will spoil there career if they will join on this company better to search for other one I would like suggest to everyone.

Mainly the worst employees,worst working culter,they will black mail you like hell.and they will take your original certificate before joining the company.if you plan to leave this company then will blackmailing you and demanding to pay up to 150000.
