Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. if you dont have any option then also dont join there. They dont give experiyence letter if you want they charged 3 months salary. Company MD walking around you you every time and ask you what work you are doing this most embrassing .In pcsoft you work as consulatant not employee so no facilities for you . Payment is on hourly basis.

Liking is just you don't ask for a hike then you can live with safe job.
