Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Liking is just you don't ask for a hike then you can live with safe job.

...r. If you ask for anything you will be asked for high - Fi amount for all these. If you have worked for an year assume your salary will be returned to the owner to get all these letters.

if you dont have any option then also dont join there. They dont give experiyence letter if you want they charged 3 months salary. Company MD walking around you you every time and ask you what work you are doing this most embrassing .In pcsoft you work as consulatant not employee so no facilities for you . Payment is on hourly basis.

I have worked very hard and finally company is demanding 2.0 Lakh Rs for experience certificate , company already not paid my 1.5 month consultancy charges so really its painful
