...organisation. It was terrible experience with PCS HR due to separation process. Suffered a lot to get my last month salary and release letter, Though after getting a smooth clearance from my manager. Did not get help from HR for solving the issue on Provident fund, Kolkata HR completely denied to help on provident fund issue.

all over it is a very bad company.

this company full of some bad people, they tolerate, company not think for every employee company think about his position and some high rank employee. I think if company management not looking this side the company never be rising very well..................................

I m working as a Assistant manager as well trainer on various aspects, like B2B support, payment collection, escalations handle, engineers doubt clear etc.

As such nothing, we have very friendly work culture, management also very much helpful....

I am not present in this company . I have change this company with in 2 year and now i am doing job in Linkwell Telesystems PVT LTD (Visiontek) & it is better then PCS .

This company kolkata management was very bad .
