1.Forced leave with out pay.
2.Penalties in dollars.
3.No1 listens to the employees.
Work from office employees must take 3
mandatory unpaid leaves.
4. Work from home employees loose out on
5k travel allowance.
5. Withholding information during penalties.
6. Employee's have no saying as always
kept in the dark.
1)The frequent deductions, deductions sometimes use to take 50% of our salary
2) The strict no leave policy on Indian Holiday (deduction of 5000+1000)
3) The management is very poor and and insensitive to employees.
4) Even the most senior employees were treated with no respect.
5) No documentation, even we are not given salary slips. If apply to HR , it takes 2-3 months to get it.
6) In a 9 hour shift only 2 breaks of 20 mins each( no fixed timing)
7) During Lockdown (our compensation was was reduced drastically)
Were fined for any electrical outage, or internet issue(no compensation for that)
Bonus of Diwali was 500/-
Employees are asked to leave if they ask questions.
No growth, unnecessary restrictions and policies from the client the company serves.
