Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

work environment is good. teammates are very well behaved. you will get salary on time. you can learn new gis softwares and update your skills. Good company for fresher candidates only.

Dislikes

Very low salary. No job security. Though it is mentioned permanent job in offer letter but it is basically contractual or project based. They hire new candidates every year.

Come in touch with good and helpful friends.

Dislikes

Director have no manners how to talk with there employees. PCI reputation is Goan because of director behaviour. Holiday get cancelled. Time management is not good. Skill development is not upgrade.
