My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Management is unsupportive Lower salary and hike Manager and Senior consultant both will treat you like slave If your mistake is not there then also you get scolded infront of customer from Manager. These things happened infront of me with my colleagues. She cried and left this company. In case of death in family and someone applies For leave they will say every year your family members keep expiring.

No cab facilities as they have rotational shifts and shifts are not feasible salary is less and work is more two chat simoultensosly no other benifits like any mothly refreshments or benifits they make its BPO like work culture ans school like strictness
