This company is unacted. I joined this company 6 month back...but still I am not getting my salary...every month I got 2000/6000 like this only...they don't care about employees and customers too...they never focus on solving the customer problem and customers problem too... please don't joined this company anybody.

Good work invironmet and culture

This is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new job.

I am going to put resignation letter to Paytm Services Due to if sales happened only salary and target complete only full salary lot more restriction here. i don't know this before I wasted my time here past 2 months.
