Job security: As such not available, in every town hall meeting, VSS will ensure nothing to be worried orbit just after 2 weeks, silent layoffs would start every year in multiple rounds. First you'll be transferred to other teams, consider yourself as first target in next layoff list. Project aaya they will hire a alot. Project khatam hua then they will fire. You don't know kb fire kr de. Project bhi like 3-4 duration ka hota hai max.
