Wrosy company no time u always have to work from 9am to 9am meaning whole day and night no salary no appreciation

The company telco department is very different from the Paytm job culture. It has crumbled work system and zero learning for any professional.

...nd continuous improvement facilities are not provided by managers or department. Salary and appraisals are not taken up on time. Work environment and boss-employee friction is very much there. Boss don’t work and sit at home and occasionally (2-3 times) coming to visit clients/office in a month. This is a bad industry trend and is a reason for losing many business opportunities.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
