There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Job security: As such not available, in every town hall meeting, VSS will ensure nothing to be worried orbit just after 2 weeks, silent layoffs would start every year in multiple rounds. First you'll be transferred to other teams, consider yourself as first target in next layoff list. Sustaining 1 year is easy, but from next year onwards, all team members would be worried for the list. Appraisal: Average appraisal would not even beat Indian Govt. inflation %age. If luck would get somewhere around 8-15%. In my team, many received appraisal ranging from 2-5%.
