But be aware with office politics. Life and work balance is very good here, job security is considered as major factor to the people who works for long time. little bit issue of learning and benefits to employees.

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
