My working experience was good until I was working in B2B wholesale team under Pankaj Aggarwal and Swati Aggarwal. But after working for 5 months in that team, the process got shut down. And the whole team members are transffered to different teams. Which was really terrible. Because the team which I joined after this, was one of the worst team because of its manager and TL.

Dislikes

1. They don't provide salary on time. 2. Internal politics is much more than any other company 3. They need someone who can do 'chamchagiri'. 4. No chances of growth. 5. No job security. 6. Everything is depend upon your TL. 7. Most of the TLs don't deserve this position. 8. HRs are rude 9. You won't get the chance to utilize your skills. 10. Bad behavior towards junior employees

Not salary hike, 2016 December to 2019 Nov no salary hike, but I am not satiafied

The company looks good atmosphere and facilities also up to the mark.

Dislikes

The very big minus is the salary hike in the company there is no salary hike for two and a half years completed in the company it is a polishing company if you polish the higher management you will definitely get the hike.

Office politics, The higher management is waste, The HRs of the company are biggest liars, they hire you and lie that you will working as contract employee for 6 months and later made permanent(this is particularly for Operations profile) and never make permanent nor give proper salary increment even if you perforrm outstanding. They are least bothered about employee concerns even if a contract employee doesnot get salary the HR doesnot bat an eye. WORST Company, never join it if you are being hired on contract basis.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.
