Poor Promotion and Appraisal policy, Members of senior management are related from different domain and operating different vertical like sales employee handling Audit & Compliance vertical which is very hilarious, even members doesn't know about audit and regulatory requirements, Biased Promotion and Appraisal policy - employee who received 5 star or 4 star, management ignoring that talent and gave promotions to those who are relatives of AVP, SVP, Executive Manager which is very shameful, Behaviour of Senior Vice President and Associate Vice President is very shameful with employees especially with women employees, It is like a family, who runs this company and provides growth and promotions only to their closed ones, neglecting hard working, talented, efficient employees.

No work life balance, you work from Sunday to Sunday. Forget about promotions or appraisals you are not fired that is good enough. Maximum number of job fireing is from this company in last 2 years. You will not even have time to do you basic routine, forget about learning n skill development. Most toxic cultural you can imagine to work in.

Only Good thing is it's on roll and you get salary on time.

Upper management is so dominant and the whole team work on crisis everyday. You never know when you will be fired. They asked to work on Sundays as well without any extra pay. Leave is just a dream

There is so much of scam regarding salary issue nobody will respond for this as I'm field sales executive who will work hard in rain and in Hot sun will not get the Salary properly who are sitting in AC like ASM ,CH,TEAM LEADER,will get there salary properly.But the person who suffers the most will not get there salary..please ensure this try get our salary..

Everything, I've been fse for 6 months+, whether you work or not your salary depends only on your relation with manager whether they tell you to join meeting on Sunday night you have to otherwise your daily presenty will affect, even if you do work you will be absent
