... crazy here. Total mad house. No one cares about covid-19 or health of manpower. Total chaos regarding work and salary. Every month there is a new salary structure for FSE and still not complete payout. From morning 8 to 11-11.30 night the calls, zoom calls do not stop. Everyday there is a threat of quit your job. Even if for one day you do not achieve your FTD targets you are asked to quit and get humiliate. The uppar Managment lacks Apathy and basic understanding of business. The only way of doing business they understand is threat, panic, and humiliation of lower and middle level management. Fse - TL are on field from May 20 and uppar Managment is doing WFH and no one care about FSE-TL’s health and safety.

Paytm company is good. Bt sallry package is not good. Paytm offered me 7500 per month.. Condition is if u achieve target then u get sallry... Employee of this company is not good. Not supportive.. Hr rejected me just bcz i have civil engineering diploma.they said u r not 12 passed.. They r foolish people they dont know polytechnic diploma consider on behalf of 12..idiot employee...they r too rude.. I want to boycott paytm.. Just bcz of ur company employees..

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

...ment. It team charges recovery of assets despite of submitting all the assets. Notice period is 60 days if you don't serve the notice, Gross salary is deducted with 18% GST. And you keep following and following for your settlement.

Salary Employee attendance There is no culture follow , one day they asking Soundbox next day they asking Winback visit There is no worklofe balance day started at 8AM some of the day 6.30AM with full team and finished at 10.00PM( Everyday )
