Actually I am at third party pay roll, So paytm employee always change my team that is too descusting, because when you become experienced in you work, so you can do anything , but the next day tou get a message from paytm that you team and work has been changed. It so hurting for me. Because I already been an expert in my work. It may happens with all. May be paytm employee don't want any experience person from third party..

When they have funding, employee would get lots of work with good salary package.

Whatever you have done for the company, whether you have worked for day and night for the company... They will not think for a minute to get you out if they are not performing well or not having proper funds. (Seen people get laid off who are working for the company for more than 7 years)

Job security: As such not available, in every town hall meeting, VSS will ensure nothing to be worried orbit just after 2 weeks, silent layoffs would start every year in multiple rounds. First you'll be transferred to other teams, consider yourself as first target in next layoff list. Sustaining 1 year is easy, but from next year onwards, all team members would be worried for the list. Appraisal: Average appraisal would not even beat Indian Govt. inflation %age. If luck would get somewhere around 8-15%. In my team, many received appraisal ranging from 2-5%. Management: If for some reason you're transferred to OCL team for client projects, you'll see nothing available..
