I was FSE, Paytm company didn't pay my salary. It is very bad and poor company, and just now I bycatt the company.

...e and customers money for their profits they don't give employment they sucking your employment गधा मजदूरी in work no salary is fixed 100% variable salary nothing you get at the end of month you get some 4000 rupees only and the fixed part they offer in letter was 15000 they are making fool to employees and customers sometimes you got beaten by customers for company money deduction fraud

Nothing to like don't ever work here 100% fraud salary at the end of 45days 3000-4000 only in your bank account

In lockdown company move all fse from salary to incentive, they deduct salary and after that in April they deduct incentive too, they are frod too, they ask to Marchant in rohtak(haryana) for bording and lightning and they ask for 20thousand from the Marchant after they received the money from Marchant they remove the fse from job, as like this in rohtak too many Marchant are complain for this frod but company helpline number is also fraud

Everything, they sell fake things like soundbox that's real value of rs 400 and they sell in 1400 , they are not loyal for his workers for fse, they used fse for 2to3 months and after selling there fake products and fraud sceams they changes fse and used new fse for this fraud all over they don't have any office too in haryana, they call fse in park and they call this metting in park set on ground together, and they hire fse from far away (like over team leader is from sonipat and I am from rohtak and distance is 60km) after that they call us for metting in park from rohtak to sonipat, such a stupid 😂 and fraud company paytm, never trust in paytm

...ed you will not get anything, also they have very pathetic notice period policy. So I would suggest everyone do not give resigned, take Salary and leave the job. Also I worked for 3.5 mouth but I got salary only 2 month, I have given proper resignation but still did not got my fnf and now they are telling me some different story & company policy. Most important one thing, I spoke to TL during my notice period and he confirmed that there will be NO dedication from fnf and you will get everything (TL has given fake promise) , but got surprised when I got fnf email from HR ...it was ZERO now I'm following with ASM, HR and TL but no response

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Company policies are not good, appraisals are too bad and they give good salary but not given hike and bonus every year. And job security totally nil.. without notice period company release anybody.
