How easily they deceive the employee. They will show you the moon, stars, and the sun during onboarding. And I don't see anything good. Oh, I just remembered, they were teaching how to fool people properly.

...ive such a high target that you'll be completely exhausted trying to achieve it. And the biggest thing is, there’s no fixed salary at all. Even that, if the employee has worked between the 15th of the previous month and the 15th of the next month, only then will the salary come; otherwise, it won’t. An employee who joins between the 1st and 5th of the month is out of luck they definitely won't get their salary because they won’t be able to complete the target in just 10 days. Even if you work the whole month, you still won’t get paid. Because it will take 4-5 days just to understand the work and to get product knowledge. It's laughable, during onboarding they’ll say there's no work pressure here, that they don’t put pressure on anyone. But how can you not give pressure when you don't even pay the salary. No uniform, no sense of dressing, anyone can wear anything and go. The senior people will probably be sitting and talking while chewing gutka. No work no pay

I like only 1 thing in paytm that, unless and until there is any hardship, your job is pretty secure in Paytm. Its offering health insurance to employee, which helps a lot less paid employee in case of unfortunate situation to deal with that.

Dislikes

...n't take these leaves back after peak period like audit or any other assignment. Not only this, you can't get any bonus, overtime against you have worked. You can't growth your leaning skill by attending seminar nor they conduct a session to amend your knowledge. Though you will find politics in every org. but surprise to see here that manager is playing politics between you and other teammates. There many things which can't be elaborated here, but some one has to face the above to know more why i can't elaborate.

Dislike means my analysis for all shops are not a digital because that time in zero knowledge people's so it's dislike..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Overall, the promotion process at paytm is effective and generally fair. The strengths outweigh the weaknesses, and I believe the company is committed to recognizing and rewarding employee contributions.

Dislikes

Salary for sales grade employees is to worst because of there point based salary structure .few didn't get 5000 per month working for 30 days.
