They do not pay you well and no data of your working, they do not have any idea to work. They just taking workers and they do not pay. Their side no support. Sometimes if you work 1 month. They don't pay. No support from company

Upper management create more lubricating incentive scheme. Definitely teammates are too supportive.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not meet the minimum satisfaction level and also career growth is slow. Huge work pressure, no matter if the day is Sunday or any holiday. Increment is just a word which usually use for buttering FSE's. Lower management is too bad than upper management. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...pecialy from east region, they even dont know what is written in the HR policy.. They penalised the field staff just not to pay their salary and to get free work them. TL and ASM of QR devision.. are not allowed to enter offices.. They start their day from 5.30am.. and end thr day at no time.. No family life.. if u work with paytm... you are not allowed to have your family.. Such a horrible experiance i have..
