Is Paytm's New AI Feature Really as Good as It Sounds?

Paytm just launched a partnership with Perplexity, the AI search engine, promising free, instant answers to our questions. Sounds amazing, right? But here’s where I start to question it. While it’s cool that we can now get answers instantly without paying, I can’t help but wonder, what's the catch? With Paytm already collecting so much data from its users through payments, transactions, and now AI queries, how much of our personal information are we really giving up? I s this just another way for Paytm to further track and monetize user behavior, all while pretending to be “user-friendly”? 🤔💸 And let’s be real....this "free" service might just be a way to make us more dependent on their platform, conditioning us to rely on them for EVERYTHING. Do we really trust Paytm to handle our data, or are they just using this as another step to dominate the market?

Dislikes

...t anyone improve anything. CTC Structure has changed 8 times in the last 1 year. Compensation ranges keep changing. Bad employer brand among the consumer tech talent, 50% + offer backouts.

They do give you the salary on time . They do reject a lot. Consider yourself lucky if you are rejected here. Don't let the numbers fool you.

Dislikes

The list can go on forever . The managers and higher level employees think they are God. Nobody will help you when its needed. Work pressure is unrealistic .

Dislikes

I don't like the compensation being given to the non-tech roles. For tech/engineering roles the compensation is very good but when it comes to the people who bring in the tech talent, they don't give out much. Also there should be a provision of incentives for people who are going the extra mile.
