Job security: As such not available, in every town hall meeting, VSS will ensure nothing to be worried orbit just after 2 weeks, silent layoffs would start every year in multiple rounds. First you'll be transferred to other teams, consider yourself as first target in next layoff list. Sustaining 1 year is easy, but from next year onwards, all team members would be worried for the list. Appraisal: Average appraisal would not even beat Indian Govt. inflation %age. If luck would get somewhere around 8-15%. In my team, many received appraisal ranging from 2-5%. If you are into sales then your job is insecure and higher authority regional manager use abusive language and speak wrong words for your mother & sister and incentives is to bad , traveling expense are only in air no seriousness towards it .
