A potential benefit of working with Paytm is the ability to switch between roles, and even verticals. Although these switches aren't consistently decided based on merit or experience, they can happen, and technically help someone write about new experiences on their CV.

...r actions in the senior management, and a very poor sense of business direction. The compensation isn't terrible, but promotions and progress aren't meritocratic, and often happen at the whims and fancies of seniors. Learning opportunities are limited, and there's no internal culture of handholding, or supporting, or even knowledge sharing. Teams don't cooperate with each other, which holds up work. There are no systems in place for proper appraisals, and most appraisals happen quite casually. There is absolutely zero systems in place to assign employees to tasks based on their strengths, competencies, and experience. In fact, the CEO often times notices a single word or random reference in your CV, and abruptly reassigns you to a team that does something vaguely related. There aren't any perks that come along with the job to offer any redeeming benefits.

...onsibility and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not good. no appraisal and no hike on salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of things to dislike. Once u resigned you won't get experienced letter. No settlement would be done on time. You have to be keep asking them. Once you resigned no one would answer your mails or calls.

Excellent work environment and culture. Mates are very supportive. Company policies are decent and they give good salary hike and bonus as well.

There is no politics at all and the management address our concerns as well.

...any gift from Paytm till date, neither raincoat nor t-shirt nor bag in the rain. We were treated as laborers and were very worried about the salary.

culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is quite transparent . We got two months salary after lock down started . Then in the end of the month of may they asked to resign . But there was one month notice period and we got salary for that .

Dislikes

There is no job security . The Company is very unstable .
