Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Its normal not so good work environment and culture. You feel nothing to do work.

Dislikes

They preferred work from home and in Mumbai there is no have office to do work they are engaged with huge client but only 2 people are in Mumbai who handles the client and thats not enough to do so.
