...no onboarding structure, no career development goals. work-life balance is poor. Salary is again poor. They revoked my contract without paying for the 2 months.

I have been working here for 2 years and I have never been happier with my job. The work is challenging and rewarding and the senior management is easily approachable. The company values its employees and getting a promotion here within a year here is not uncommon. Furthermore, they have an unlimited leaves policy and let the employees work during flexible hours.

The management should consider implementing a hybrid model.

I really appreciate the company's initiatives for employee development. I have had the opportunity to take on new challenges and learn new skills. The work culture is amazing and the office is full of talented individuals. The flexible working hours have helped me become more productive and allowed me to maintain a decent work-life balance.

The work life balance here is excellent and the company values employee well-being. Employees have the freedom to experiment with new ideas and resources. The salaries offered here are usually more than the market average and the unlimited leaves policy is pretty great.

It's a great place to network as everyone here is incredibly smart, talented and committed to their jobs. Just like any other startup, taking initiatives and working as per the best potential is highly recognized and suitably rewarded. Growth opportunities are unlimited but contingent to employees' skills.

Sometimes we have to work according to the time zones of different countries but it's not that much of an issue and the management is very flexible about it.
