In my whole experience of 1.3 year there is only few things are good that is you can learn new things and skills, sometime supportive staff, supervisor and management

But there is no growing chance, no increment, appraisal, Only like Do job take salary, Do job take salary.

Toxic work culture. No work life balance. Spoils mental health. For being a part of this company, Politics degree is required because that is where people compete on rather than self and company's growth. HR themselves be part of politics. Zero management and support from management. Worst company to be a part of. No learnings. Only playing and being part of politics and get you promotion. No professional skills. For some they provide hybrid and some work from office. Too bias.

Work culture is really good. You get projects of your own choice and seniors there are really helpful and respect each other work and time. Pressure is less and work quality/satisfaction is good.

Being a startup the organization have always worked on maintaining absolute professionalism , work culture have been chill with responsibility and the best part is working with a great team , right from founder to colleagues all work as team, free flow of creativity is needed and personal space is respected. Great place to work !!!
