Work life balance would be a little difficult as it's a service industry and weekend also you would have to work depending on the departments

Extremely bad employee behaviour. Make employees work on Sundays and calls for meetings at the wee hours of the morning. Infringement in personal space as you have to be active on whatsapp and messenger 24×7. HR department is a farce and does not have any say. They delay in making due payments to people who are leaving the organization. Retrenches people left, right and centre. Very bad place to work.
