The work environment sucks. They create a lot of scenes while taking leaves(sick leaves as well). They micro manage everything, log in time, log out time, work timings, literally everything. They even ask employees to work after hours and in the weekends.

Likes

Working for this company is a good experience. Because you can multitask, you have a lot of opportunities to learn. I thought there was a lot of work to begin with. Since I joined a different organization, I have come to realize how crucial it is to have the chance to learn. Believe me, it is a more convenient location for girls to take the metro, bus, taxi, and rapido.

Dislikes

There are cons in this company also, which is common, almost likes and dislikes. I thought Pattem Digital was a little better than my present employer after I started working here.

I have a work-from-home option, and it's been almost 3 years since I started working for this company. A lot of learning on the new technologies side.

Dislikes

Not much I could notice as per my point of view of you. The HR team is not that active compared to other organizations. Expecting at least in 2025.
