Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Job security is very less, hard work with no extra compensation, no company policies at all.

Company job security good .work culture not good . Management also not good . Company policies are very good.

No career growth. 12 hr duty . After resignation not clear last month salary and full and final settlement.

09.12.2021. Very Bad company. Salary is pending from 6 months. many people died due to heart attack at companies camp and home.

Dislikes

Never joint the company. It may be like suicide if joined the company. Contractor and Staff are suffering from non payment more than 6 months. Financial Condition is very bad.

On the basis of Learning,It's an good Organization.

Dislikes

There's no work life balance, working hours are really odd. If there's any deadlines you have to sit in office whole night. Politics are at peak, No support from the HR department after raising concerns.
