Everything pls don't join unless if you are fresher..... if you work in quality section you will gain some knowledge regarding quality otherwise don't join even there is no drinking water facility

The best thing working here is one will learn how to handle real time pressure and timely decisions. As one will be the individual learner very few colleagues guide in tough situations. As they're suppliers of a OEM product it really helps to get good knowledge.

Dislikes

... is used in this institution by the management. No proper lunch/breakfast break. And don't expect that one will get salary on time,every month they give reasons blaming bank And gets extended beyond 15th date of month. HR is very unprofessional. No Hike, Incentives, Benefits. The management itself is the biggest scam.

If one gets into Quality then he is going to learn lot of things, due to immense work pressure one will learn how to take real time decision's.

Dislikes

The worst part working there is no work satisfaction, immature planning by the staff, inconvenient timings, the staff itself uses slang language, no proper work ethics.
