The best thing working here is one will learn how to handle real time pressure and timely decisions. As one will be the individual learner very few colleagues guide in tough situations. As they're suppliers of a OEM product it really helps to get good knowledge.

Dislikes

Improper work ethics followed by the management. The owner doesn't care about employees. Once you join this organisation forget about family and friends. The work timings are so unethical. Immature work planning and mismanagement in day to day basis, the supervisors have to go through this. The management is very impatient, slang language is used in this institution by the management. No proper lunch/breakfast break. And don't expect that one will get salary on time,every month they give reasons blaming bank And gets extended beyond 15th date of month. HR is very unprofessional.
