Good work environment and Culture,Teammates and Supportive and the management is transparent,Company Police are good,Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign.Reliving period is long.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

I was started my first job as fresher in papl. It was amazing experience ,lots of learning is there, opportunity to meet new project,enhancing knowledge and self confidence.

Promotion chanses is less, average salary , working hours are more

Here no any employees satisfaction ,high work load.very irritatation and politics,flactuating decision .personal life totally collpse.company not paid after resignation salary
