Third class company hai. Contract ke emoloyees ka exploitation karti hai. Payment bhi time pe nhi deti third class company of midc chakan. Kabhi bhi join na kare ye company sirf shoshan karti hai employee ka

Salary not on time, too much pressure. Seniors are foolish and donkey behaviour no humanity in any high salary person of this company.

Good work environment and Culture,Teammates and Supportive and the management is transparent,Company Police are good,Salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign.Reliving period is long.On the job training is not given to new joiners.
