.... They have some really big clients and now have collaborated with KPIT as well. The hike and compensation is good.
...how safe it is from the health and safety of the employee and office atmosphere. Company is paying full salary to all the employees. No layoffs have been reported. No politics at all at workspace. However the company is suffering from managers without having technical competence to handle the projects which is creating work pressure on team and individual level. Travel opportunities to Korea, China, Germany and US depending on the project and requirement. Appraisal is above industry standards and people who performs gets very good number in terms of salary. Work life balance is good only in few projects. Most of them suffer from overtime. No innovation as it is service based companie and projects depends on client. Work atmosphere is good with decent office space and facilities. Good connectivity to metro. No effective training. Self learning is seen in most of the projects.
You will be held responsible for technical decisions in projects, not the technical managers. Work pressure is sometimes not manageable. Not for the weak hearted. You won't find experts in the company to get any help during tough times. You will have to figure out on your own.

* Good exposure to various technical projects me at the early stage of my career.
Dislikes
* After KPIT acquisition there are lot of changes at the higher management.
* There is no uniform WFH and WFO culture. Some people in a team are working from office and other are not. So not able to enforce something fearing of attrition.
* Basic infrastructure can be improved when asking employees to work from office.
Skill related work is not possible.
Less technical skills.
No value for freshers even if they joined with good skills.
Less Hikes.
No Promotions.
Overtime work without extra amount.
Coordination between the manager and team member won't be good.
Work pressure is peaks.
Managers forces indirectly to do testing with the developers.
Various Opportunities to work on and develop skill set
Dislikes
Not suitable for people who switch from Software to Core, most people who join are the ones who have done 1 year training in VECTOR institute. Other than these people it is quite difficult for new candidates to survive here.
