KRA system and no weightage for the sales so don't expect increment annually (you will be fook up pretty bad) poor management and lot of communication gap b/w management and workers HR department (they think themselves as they work with NASA) and design unlawful rules Suffocating environment and no space to breathe but greedy Viji and Sushma wanted more ppl and treat them like pigs and buffalos salary- no appraisal even if you bring bigger portfolio sales and they will cut down increment for just taking 1 cl per month they will fook you bad and get the work done and again they fook your dash during appraisal Current money inflation rate is 5.66 in India and they won't even know that knowledge and wont consider giving 5% hike for someone who overperformed, Job security - don't even think about it promotions and sales will happen only to those are giving orals to the management it is not performance based it is purely oral job based Other than that, it is a good company

Company is good but the people working there are a bit weird. They don't pay your incentives on time. The team lead on the sales team named shahul hameed does a lot of politics and forgets he is a team lead and acts like a manager, and the manager acts like a team lead.

Dislikes

...y have not paid my incentives yet. Their Vision is to pay the employees on time. When the manager said we pay salary on time we thought so they have struggled to do it in the past thus it has become a great achievement for them.

Very few people are reliable here. Not everyone.

I liked how the MD mr. Anand and HR Mr. Faisal couldn't even compensate for the salary. They simply found out a way to embarrass employees by firing all work from home staff and said to forget salaries. Naive judgements on their behalf.

Good company if you are a fresher and want experience. Process is easy to learn and work with.

You don’t get the salary for your hard works, salary will get credited after 14th of every month. Inside company growth is very less. You can’t even talk about the problems you are facing in the company to th HR

...elated project. The excellent company policies and easy adoptable work culture. The pay scale is excellent when compare with other companies.

Dislikes

The company structured in good way. But the leader level like Manager level people needs to adopt and change the work culture. Company providing lots of beneficiaries for the employees, it is not properly communicated to the team members. Managers level people needs to change the selfish attitude. So this will cause the growth of the company. Most of the employees working for more 5 + years. All needs self, positive motivation training.
