Teammates are very helpful. Salary is as per govt. rules. So nothing to complain about it and job security for teacher, I personally feel depends totally on a teacher’s behaviour. You have to prove, you are eligible for it or not. Politics in professional life is too common. But in Patha Bhavan I personally felt no such massive dirty politics. Every teacher works with a devotion. Students and teachers are friends over here. No exams for students upto class four. This helps students to learn things in a very happy environment. Where every student is equal. No one is a good student or no one is a bad student. And as a working mother I can say I can spent a quality time with my child who is also a student of Patha Bhavan. Patha Bhavan’s special attraction is it’s cultural part. Patha Bhavan believes we have to know our own culture. Without it a person’s life is totally a mess.

Patha Bhavan is a very reputed and cultural school but doesn’t have any own school building. We hope the new building which is under construction will be ready soon for us.
