Before it was better, principal was less stressed out and more approachable, now because of the vague hierarchy, getting anything done results in disaster.

...s. Words like imbecile, impotent in handling children are the feedback given. 3. Even if you are ready to pay do not expect even a cup of tea if you are a teacher, for section heads and higher authority the refreshment keeps coming more than twice a day. 4. You are left alone with your work load without guidance the section heads would ask you to go to the experienced teacher and of course they too have their workload so you will find yourself lost and the job not done will be your fault. 5. No planning, no execution, though the yearly planner is shared by the CO you will find literally everything last minute and be ready to be the scapegoat 6. Timings are 8.30 am to 3.30 pm but you will never find yourself moving out at 3.30 or even 4! Any school event,planning or executing you are stuck before or after the timeframe. 7. All 7 periods are packed so correction, completion or anything you need to manage.

The only thing I liked working at Ryan was my class. I enjoyed teaching them.

Dislikes

...espect teachers. Principal even yelled teachers in front of children like a dog. They did not pay my salary of an entire month too, because I was not continuing with their stupid dominance!

Work culture Because there all stap ( teaching stap / non teaching stap) are very careful for new stap they always help me when i faced any types of problems.

Job criteria because there they are not provide any cl and medical they are paying salary in daily base .

... learn many things. Gained Good experience in teaching and friendly colleagues Salary on time From student point of view excellent education & extra activities etc...

Dislikes

Management is dominating. They always criticise supervisor, principal in front of students & teachers. Very less increment.

Total work life balance, job security is not that great but yes if you prove yourself no one is going to bother you. I have spend good 2.5 years in understanding the culture and people in the organisation.

Dislikes

Not much to dislike but they seriously need to work towards employee policies. Salary comes around 15th - 20th of next month which is not good. No holidays and most important no FNF if the person is leaving.
