There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but careers growth is slow.

...h is not to say.Site management give some respect to employs for better results.No any benefits like bonus, leave encashment and PF scheme etc.

Food is ok , but mess is very old type, no hygiene. Temple in Camp premises.

...from 8AM to 7PM minimum, no rest on Sunday. Compulsory punching on Sunday also. Salary after 1 month approx. Site HR heads are with high attitude as the attendance system, vehicles,mess are in their hand. Marley available vehicles from HR. HR policy are very old Lala type. No corporate culture.

... superannuation,no LTA ,no ESI, no bonous.7 day working. Last year no appraisal.Salary on 25th.

As I am new, I don't have any Idea. But as a DPM I am not getting any facilities. Even sr.engineers, engineer, foreman and operator's are staying in one room of 5 to 6 bed with common bathroom.

2 Punch ( morning and evening) and 1 Lunch. All staff follows.

...sions, sleepy procurement, no team work, care less for workers as well as staff. No leaves during probation ,no weekly off, salary hold if u goes to leave.
